Free returns and exchanges when you drop off at any Happy Returns Bar!
We partner with Happy Returns to offer safe, contactless, and sustainable returns and exchanges. With over 2,600 drop-off locations nationwide, Happy Returns makes returns and exchanges easy. US-based customers can return unworn shoes* for a refund or exchange for a different size/color within 45 days.
FREE to drop off your return/exchange:
1. Start your FREE return here and choose the “Return Bar” option.
2. Receive a QR code via email.
3. Drop off your shoes in their original shoe box at your closest Happy Returns Return Bar. (No shipping box or label needed!)
4. Your refund will be initiated immediately, or your exchange will be mailed, free of charge.
5. Your styles are then shipped back to our warehouses in reusable packaging for a more sustainable process from start to finish.
$7 fee to mail your return/exchange using our pre-printed label:
1. Start your return here and choose the “Mail” option. A fee of $7 will be applied to your refund.
2. Print the pre-paid shipping label & attach to a shipping box.
3. Mail your unworn shoes back via FedEx Office within 45 days.
4. It may take up to 3 weeks to process your return, and you’ll receive notification if your return is approved. If items selected for exchange sell out, you will be issued a refund. If items selected for exchange sell out, you will be issued a refund.
5. Be sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your return. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.
*There is no additional shipping cost for an exchanged item. Exchanges can be made for the same item or a different color item within the same product group for equal or lower price. Lower priced items will not receive a refund of the difference. If a promo code was used on the original item purchased, it will be honored on the exchanged item. We cannot process exchanges for other styles. We recommend submitting a return for a refund so you can place a new order for the item you want. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. LifeStride is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise if mailing themselves. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Original shipping charges are not refundable. As of January 4, 2023, Happy Returns is implementing a return limit of 9 items per return. Any returns with 10 or more items will need to be mailed in or split into separate returns.
